After breakfast, transfer to the Luang Prabang Golf Club, located just 15 minutes from the city center protected by UNESCO World Heritage, and along the mighty Mekong River, at the foot of the mountains.

For early risers, there is a very special visit at dawn to watch the monks collect alms. As the sun begins to rise, long rows of orange-clad monks leave their pagodas and walk barefoot through the streets to collect offerings from the residents of Luang Prabang. This morning, enjoy a half-day guided tour of Luang Prabang, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The guide will arrive at your hotel at 09:00 for pick up. Start the tour of the city with the old Royal Palace, now the National Museum and discover the history of Laos. Continue on foot to the Wat Mai, a temple famous for its bas-relief of gold, and the Wat Sensoukarahm, which has a beautiful dazzling golden facade. End the visit with Wat Xieng Thong, the most revered temple in Luang Prabang. Located at the end of the peninsula, near the Mekong, this temple was built in 1560 by King Setthathirat and is decorated with sculptures and mosaics. Then transfer to the hotel and refresh for the afternoon.

Meet the guide again this afternoon at the hotel around 16:30 for a private transfer to the pier. Board the Nava Mekong, a traditional river boat, for a shared cruise on the majestic Mekong River, starting around 17:00. Cruise at a quiet pace and witness the rural and simple lifestyles people abide by along the river. As the sun sets and brings hues of orange and red out of the river, the spectacular and peaceful scenery is unforgettable. During the return cruise, a selection of typical Laotian dishes will be served on board. The return to Luang Prabang will take about 1.5 hours, the arrival is scheduled around 19:30.
