Upon arrival Saigon Airport, meet your guide and driver for your transfer to your hotel. Check-in at 14.00 pm and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Today you will have a free time at leisure until your guide and driver pick you and transfer to Saigon Airport for your flight to Hue.

Upon arrival Hue Airport, meet your guide and driver for your transfer to Pilgrimage Village Resort. Check in and prepare for later activities.
@16.00 hrs – Cocktail at the hotel (included 2 units of cocktail)
@17:00 hrs – Cooking Demonstration with Hotel’s chef for Vietnamese Fresh Spring Roll
@19:00 hrs – You will be picked up at your hotel for your dinner at Ancient Garden Hue Restaurant (included: 2 drinks/pax = 1 glass of wine or cocktail or mocktail & 1 soft drink or sparkling water)
After dinner, you will be transferred back to your hotel and enjoy the rest of your day with leisure.
After breakfast around 10:00 am, you will visit the tombs of the emperor’s Khai Dinh. Khai Dinh King was Vietnam’s Emperor from 1916 to 1925. His tomb represents a fusion of traditional Vietnamese style and modern influence, as it is almost entirely made of concrete and includes many European architectural details. After visiting Khai Dinh tomb, you will be transferred to Incense Factory for visiting the local shop vendor and see how people make incense, you can go shopping local stuff as a souvenir to bring home. Our guide and driver will stop for you to try local sugar cane juice and coconut juice before head to Ngoc Son Princess House for local lunch with traditional music, performed by owner.
Local lunch at Princess worship’s house, Hue also has a culinary culture that stretches back many years. One of its most famous culinary experiences is the Royal Lunch. Ordinarily, visitors are entertained by traditional music and performances but to us, the food is the real star of the show. For this late afternoon, we have a unique experience where you will have a private audience with a descendant of the last royal family of Vietnam, in her own home. Spend time learning about her family’s past and taste the Vietnamese dishes. A huge step away from the well-known street food culture of Vietnam, not only taste some special dishes but have the perfect lunch host for the occasion.

After lunch, you will be transferred back to your hotel and freshen-up before starting your evening food tour by cyclo.
Hue Evening Food Tour by Cyclo
Meet up your guide and rickshaw driver around 6pm at your hotel. Absorb the city twilight whilst riding smoothly alongside tree-lined streets. Your first stop is a charming bar with good vibes. After some introduction, try to order for yourself a nice drink in Vietnamese. Huda beer, the Hue pride is said to be made with water from the Perfume River and offer a bold taste. Wet your taste bud with some first bites of Hue’s grill and roll. Let us switch to a more mindful atmosphere and healthy eating as you explore vegetarian cuisine. Hue is the land of Buddhism. From the royal court, pagoda to commoner’s families, vegetarian cuisine is an art of expression than simply filling up the stomach. Enjoy fun cooking a veggie hotpot altogether or try unmissable fermented tofu, proclaimed “Asian cheese”. Gradually, leave behind the modern city to enter the ancient citadel. Take some walk, stop for photos and trade curious stories along small lanes with many streets’ food stands. A feast of sights, scents, and sounds. Pop in a Banh Khoai bistro. This delicacy’s name suggests double meaning, either pancake made with smok or for pleasure eating. The kitchen is open for you to try making one with the guidance of the friendly cook. The pleasurable part resides in the way you enjoy it. All secret philosophy wrapped in one bite. Hue is famous for its sweet soup dessert “Chè”, with more than a hundred variety and fifty shades of colours and tastes. More than a fun tasting it will be a sweet memory to complete you sweet culinary evening.
After breakfast, meet your guide and driver for your transfer to Hoi An. You will pass by Lang Co Lagoon. Arriving at the lagoon, embark on their local boat and enjoy the idyllic panorama of crystal clear water overlooked by the Annamite Cordillera covered by jungle, the heaven’s door. In the surrounding area, there are no factories, the lagoon is very clean and is home to a lot of crabs, snappers, red mullets, grouper, shrimp, squid etc… First stop to discover their fishing post, demonstration of the local fishing technique, then continue by boat to visit the oyster and mold farm of the family. With your guide, you will learn everything about the local life which depends on the lagoon. Have lunch in an authentic stilt house above the water. Try the delicious fresh seafood prepared by the family and enjoy an unforgettable moment with them, in the middle of the lagoon and surrounded by an amazing landscape of clear water and mountains. Option : swimming, snorkeling.
Upon arrival Hoi An, you will visit Au Lac Chocolate house from Ms. Thao, she will show you how to make chocolate with procedures and you can taste many her chocolate flavours and enjoy a cup of Cacao Kumbucha tea. This section will be around 2 hours at her own home. After this section, you will have free time at leisure with full of relax at your hotel before starting your evening Vespa tour with local foodie.
Hoi An foodie night by Vespa
Taste the flavours of Hoi An’ Immerse yourself in the vibrant Hoi An dining scene, riding pillion on a vintage Vespa along the riverside and through alleyways and busy streets, tasting the best local dishes and street food. Free flowing drinks and food included, so bring a healthy appetite! Start your night in style with cocktails and a sample of delicious street food before heading out on the Vespas to try a famous Hoi An speciality dish. We zoom through the bustling roads to a lantern-lit islet, then jump in a boat for a slow cruise along the banks of the ancient town. We join the locals for more splendid starters overlooking the river and enjoy a few cold beers. A leisurely drive takes us to a lively restaurant where we cook tabletop and enjoy a hot pot while learning the art of wrap ‘n’ roll – Vietnamese style! We continue our journey to our last port of call, and a recent addition to Hoi An’s vibrant dining scene – a modern local restaurant to savor some Vietnamese BBQ dishes and then finish the night with a refreshingly light dessert.
After breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked up at 08:00 am for morning Cooking Class at Red Bridge. As you will visit local market to see how bustling and busy in the morning, we force to depart early. Travel by minivan (10 mins) to Tra Que Organic Village and walk through the market gardens where local farmers work their fields using the traditional methods of hundreds of years ago – no electrical machinery here. We pick fresh saw-tooth coriander and Vietnamese mint for our cooking lesson later, before trying a special herbal drink at a local home. To the local village market and with shopping list in hand we purchase a range of local ingredients, including star anise, cardamom, sesame rice paper, water spinach and banana flower. Arriving at Red Bridge Cooking School we have a chance to freshen up before beginning our class. Working together with our Red Bridge Chef we learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food from scratch. Using the freshest ingredients and traditional Vietnamese utensils (still in use today) we cook 3 famous dishes, including the national dish ‘Pho’. After the class we sit down and a chance to savor the dishes we have prepared. Leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River back to central Hoi An.
*** Bring your swimsuit and after the cooking tour has finished relaxing and enjoy free use of 20 metre swimming pool.
Today you will have a free time at leisure for your own exploration.
Dinning on Bamboo Raft
You will be picked up at the hotel lobby and transferred to a dock. Here, you will hop on the basket boat and start drifting along the Do River to The Field Restaurant. On the way, you will relax on the basket boat and enjoy the scenery of the water coconut palms. You may also catch some images of locals fishing activities on the river, see kingfishers diving for fish, or ducks swimming on the river, etc. You will also be able to see the beautiful sunset on the river, as well. You will be welcome with a drink at The Field restaurant, before getting on the raft which is set on the Co Co river bank next to the restaurant. Your meals will be made with organic vegetables and fresh seafood caught that day by locals. After finishing your dinner, it’s time to head back to the hotel and end the tour.
After breakfast, you will be picked up around 11.00 am for move to Intercontinental Peninsula Resort for the last night for Vietnam trip.
On the way to Intercontinental Peninsula Resort, you will pass by Linh Ung Pagoda for photo stop at the Biggest Lady Buddha in Vietnam. Upon arrival Resort, you can leave the luggage at the concierge as check in time at 14.00 hrs. And you can use their pool, beach for swimming.
